Most of the time it's overcast and rainy. Cool and slightly warm temperatures are here! The plants are coming back after their slumber. Thunderstorms are fairly common now.

Oh, look! Rules! How wonderful! Not really. I know when I say "You must read this" most of you are just going to skim through it, shrug, and start playing. I know rules are annoying. But it makes it a whole lot easier for the staff so we dont' have to worry about the rest of you guys making mistakes. I know it's a lot of rules, but please read them.
Basic Rules:
1. No cussing is permitted. I mean, hell, shit and damn are accepted but nothing else. These are accepted only because they are used in the books. Yes, there was another one, but I'm not allowing that curse. If you want them to curse, just say "they cursed under their breath."
2. I will not have pornography on this site. That is that.
3. No insulting other members. That's final. If you have a problem with a member, oh well. Behave.
4. Any out of charrie arguments must not be made public. If you have a problem with a member don't drag others into it. If you can't fix the problem the staff WILL fix it.
5. Keep the content in the PG13 area.
6. Just because in an rp two charries hate each other it does NOT mean the members hate each other.
7. Do not complain openly. If you have a problem PM a staff member instead of annoying everybody.
8. Do not purposefully annoy other people. I won't tolerate it.
9. No bragging. Just because your charrie is leader of a coven or you are staff or something, that doesn't mean you can be mean to other members. Be nice.
10. Respect both the staff and the members.
11. Restrain from annoying other members. You should know when you are agrivating others.
Charrie Rules:
1. You are not allowed more than nine charries in either rp, Twilight or Blue Bloods. Total you should have eighteen charries maximum. Only staff are allowed to go beyond those limits, and only if given permission.
2. You are not allowed to have more than three high-ranking charries. High-ranks are considered leaders of packs or covens, on the high council at the Committee. You get the picture.
3. You cannot make your charrie(s) perfect. They have to have some sort of flaw or weakness. This also goes for Twilight Vampire powers. No invincibility or anything like that.
4. Aim for a long, in-depth bio. You can do the minimum, but if you aim for something longer it should be easier.
General Roleplay Rules:
1. No love at first sight. That is just plain annoying, not to mention unrealistic. Let the charries get to know each other first. Now, I understand when you have a vampire with a human whose blood sings to them. We get that. I understand, but they can't just start kissing immediatly. Give them a few days.
2. Just because vampires can have powers doesn't mean you can make them invincble super heroes. Same with werewolves and their strength and such.
3. If you said in your bio that your charrie was mean and short-tempered, you cannot have your charrie go up to another charrie they hate and act nice and well behaved. If the other person were to taunt your charrie, your charrie would most likely explode and start beating them up. You can't make your charrie do something that goes against what you put in your bio. You made the bio. There shouldn't be a problem with it.
4. Be realistic. Unless given good reason, I don't think your charrie could take on twenty charries alone. Now, if they were some combination between a vampire and a werewolf with a good super power versing humans, or a silverblood fighting humans, I don't think they'd be able to win.
5. If you are to say something out of charrie, simply do this: (ooc: INSERT WHAT YOU NEED TO SAY RIGHT HERE!!!) Ooc stands for Out Of Character.
6. If you change charries in the middle of your post, do this: Rhiannon: Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Isaac: Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.
7. If you are rping as one charrie, you cannot suddenly rping as the other charrie without a break inbetween saying you are switching charries, which means charrie points of view. You can't be talking as Rhiannon but put Isaac's thoughts in the post, unless your charrie were to have mind-reading powers.
8. You cannot make other people's charries do things. You control your charries. They control their's.
9. There is a board for flashbacks. If your charrie has a flashback in their post, make sure you have an actual bit of roleplay in there. Or you can just post flashbacks in the flashback board.
Twilight Rules:
1. Always roleplay with your charries in first person. There are two examples. Number one is correct. Ex. 1: I walked down the dark street, my heart racing. I could feel the eyes boring into my very soul. My pace quickened until I was running... Ex. 2: The girl walked down the street, feeling a bit uncomfortable. Eyes all around her bored into her very soul. Suddenly she broke into a run... The only reason we're doing it this way is because in Twilight that was how it was written.
2. Not all vampires are perfect. Just because you want to doesn't mean you can have your charrie become a vampire magically, have a bunch of super powers, and your charrie is somehow able to act like a normal person and not be tempted to drink human blood as a newborn vampire. That is NOT realistic.
3. Not all werewolves are perfect. Just because you want to doesn't mean you can have your charrie start becoming a werewolf and magically be able to transform whenever they like, restrain themselves against vampires, or anything else like that. That is NOT realistic.
4. Remember, things aren't always what they seem. In Twilight the werewolves did not only become wolves at the full moon. In Twilight vampires were not afraid of garlic or burned by the sun. Remember not all the myths in other books and movies are true in this rp.
5. Not all humans have to find a vampire boyfriend/ girlfriend.
6. If you are making your charries date keep it PG13. Rarely will I let you go beyond that.
7. If your charries are fighting, keep that PG13 as well. Yes, blood and the allowed cursing is fine. But keep the rating on this site in mind. PG13 PLEASE!
8. Vampires have a calling for blood. If they fall in love with someone whose blood appeals to them a lot, they are going to have trouble being close to them. Come on, they are vampires! Resisting blood is hard if they haven't gone hunting lately.
Blue Bloods Rules:
1. Always roleplay with your charrie in third person. There are two examples. Number one is the correct one. Ex. 1: Lucas looked around, the room too crowded for his liking. It was also too formal. The young vampire shook his head. Whose bright idea was it to come to the Four Hundred Ball anyway? Oh right. His. Lucas tried to ignore the fact... Ex. 2: I looked around the crowded room. It was so fancy and crowded. I could hardly breathe. Why the heck did I come here anyway? It was just a stupid ball. I could've slapped myself. Right now Mike and I could be playing video games... The reason this is the way it is would be because that is how the book was written. It wasn't written in first person.
2. If you have a blue blood, remember they have to feed. Keep that in mind when you're writing what they're doing. Blue bloods are often weaker when they haven't had blood in a while.
3. Just because you have a blue blood, does not mean they can be perfect. First of all, remember that they can't immediatly know their powers and understand them, etc. Also, you can't make them immediatly the head of the commitee and have the best pet (Schuyler has her blood hound, that sort of thing) and all that.
4. In the book Blue Bloods, Schuyler was half vampire, but just because of that, it does not mean it is common. It is extremely rare. You can't start making a whole bunch of half vampires.
